03

YOU UNDERSTAND IT

Your margin stays the same.

The available balance and pending payments change. The $165 daily budget already accounted for that rent.

RECORD → CONTEXT → DECISION

A planned payment is not deducted twice. Recording it does not make a transfer.

01 / YOUR MONEY, IN PERSPECTIVE

More than a number.
Understand what is behind it.

What you have, what is already committed and what you set aside for your goals. Three pieces that put your budget in context.

In this example, rent was already planned for. Recording the payment changes the balance and pending payments, while preserving the amount left for the rest of the month.

Compare the two moments.
The explanation changes with the numbers.

Demonstration data. Recording a payment does not make a bank transfer.

02 / EVERYDAY LIFE, IN VIEW

Decisions with more context.

From making room for an activity to checking what you will cook. Information appears where it makes sense.

03 / INFORMATION THAT MAKES SENSE

From data to context.
From the screen to your decision.

The app connects the pieces. You can review the result and decide what to do with it.

  1. 01

    You record it

An appointment, an expense or information you choose to add.

  2. 02

    It gains context

It relates to the area and the information it needs.

  3. 03

    You see the result

A view, a calculation or a suggestion you can review.

  4. 04

    You decide

Review the details, confirm and adjust at your own pace.

04 / WHEN ONE AREA TALKS TO ANOTHER

When your recovery drops,
you can choose an easier workout.

No gym app knows how you slept. No sleep app knows your split. Here the threshold is 45 out of 100, and when you cross it, today’s workout suggests an easier version. A suggestion — never an order.

Organize shared goals, trip contributions, attendance confirmations and team challenges. Recording a contribution does not make a bank transfer.
Couple rituals
Daily question, nightly thank-you, mood and caring touches
A shared fasting circle
View the timers and progress shared by group members. Phases are general references, not measurements of what is happening in the body.
Report or hide in Community
Tap ⋯ on a moment, an idea or a member: report the content, hide that person (only on your phone, reversible) or delete your own
Long-distance couple
Reunion countdown, their local time, "right now" status and secret touch code

Challenges connected to your records
Progress recorded in areas such as water, steps, workouts or habits can contribute to linked group challenges.
Organize your days off
Set your days off to give context to suggestions for trips, meals, workouts and spending. Review what works for you before adding it.
Prepare a plan for your day off
Explore a suggested plan with places, a schedule, weather and estimated costs. Review it and decide whether to add it to your calendar or budget; a suggestion does not make a reservation or payment.
Agenda in natural language
Write an appointment in your own words to prepare its fields. Review the date, time and category before saving it.
Fit tasks into your free time
Review a proposed schedule for tasks that do not yet have a time, using the gaps in your calendar. Check it before applying it.
Plan your week and month
Prepare a suggested distribution of tasks over seven or thirty days using your schedule and days off. Review the proposal before adding it to your calendar.
Get help organizing your day
Bring workouts, meals and habits into a proposed day. Review times and possible conflicts before confirming changes.
Ideas for your free time
View gaps in your calendar and explore nearby plans with time, weather and budget context. Costs are estimates, and reservations require an action from you.
Holidays
View the holidays available for your country and take them into account when reviewing proposed schedules.
Your day at a glance
A summary of the signals you have recorded about energy, money and your calendar, with shortcuts to available actions.
Repeating events

Quick add
Jot down an idea and review the suggested organization before adding it to the relevant area.
Plan a full trip
Prepare an itinerary, a budget and savings goals for your trip. Review stops before adding them to your calendar and record shared contributions; the app does not save or move money for you.
Magic Capture: photo → data to review
From a photo or screenshot, AI proposes data from receipts, lists, chats or notes. Check each item before adding it to its area.
Scan food and review its macros
View label data or an estimate from a photo of your plate. Edit quantities, review the result and confirm what you want to add to your records.
Notifications you can adjust
Set reminders and quiet hours. Wellness, payments, calendar and fasting alerts have their own rules and require device permissions.

My Plan

Today's workout plan
AI routine: pilates, gym or home
See how to do an exercise
Open an exercise demonstration on YouTube and view the estimated calories for the session.
Log sets live (weight × reps)
Tick each set during the session; autofills "last time" and times your rest
Records & estimated 1RM (PRs)
Your best per exercise, estimated 1RM, trend and new-record alert
Today's target: progressive overload
I suggest how much weight or reps to add today vs last time
Plate calculator
Tell me the total weight, I tell you which plates to load per side
Fasting timer
Track the duration of your fasts and explore general protocols and milestones. The timer does not measure your body’s physiological phase.
Your fasting story
Best fast, 7-day average, honest streak with a grace shield and your week in bars — what your consistency built
Sol accompanies your fasting log
View supportive messages during the timer. You can adjust or stop your fast; suggestions do not guarantee a health outcome.
Fast together
Share a challenge and view progress associated with the fasts its members record.
Your wellbeing & recovery
View your wellness records and their trends. Personal comparisons require enough data and are only a guide.
Patterns in your better days
Explore which sleep, step and mood records coincide with days you rate more positively. An association does not establish a cause or guarantee the same result again.
Explore patterns in your mood
Compare your mood with signals you record, such as sleep, steps or spending. These associations are tentative correlations and require enough data.
Workouts from your watch
With the necessary permissions, bring in sessions that your compatible device shares with Health Connect. Its calorie figures are estimates too.
A reference for your recovery
View an indicative score from zero to one hundred and the available factors contributing to it. It depends on your data, permissions and calibration period.
Recovery trend · 14 days
View a reference for your balance between activity and recovery over fourteen days. It is an estimate based on available data, not a clinical assessment.
Training that reads your recovery
When the data supports an estimate of lower recovery, you can view a gentler workout option. Review the suggestion and decide what to do.
Your week
Compare this week’s records with the previous week when enough comparable data exists. A metric without records should not become an invented result.
A heads-up when your recovery shifts
You can receive an explanation when the recovery reference changes and enough data exists to calculate it. This depends on notification permissions.
View your SpO₂ records
View oxygen records shared by a compatible device and their trend. The app does not diagnose conditions or replace professional interpretation of these readings.
Review your calorie target
Before generating your plan, review the calorie estimate and available adjustments. The target is a reference for meals, not a measured, exact requirement.
Meals adjusted to your target
Suggested portions aim to approximate your chosen calorie target and consider what you marked as eaten. Quantities and macros are estimates you can review.
Habits with streaks
Build habits and protect your streak
Habit streak shield
See how your streak is handled when you miss a day and what recovery allowance the habit offers.
AI skin, hair & body routine
Answer a questionnaire to receive a proposed routine. Check products and their instructions; suggestions do not replace advice about skin conditions or ingredient compatibility.
Your week in review
AI reads your week and advises you
Prepare your daily plan
Bring together a proposal for meals, workouts, fasting and habits based on your preferences. Review and adapt it before following it.
Ask a coach
Chat with Lía (nutrition), Marco (training), Sol (fasting) or Vera (habits)
Explore general fasting phases
Tap the ring’s information stages to understand their references. Elapsed time does not confirm processes such as autophagy or ketosis in your body.
See how to do the exercise
YouTube demo of each exercise in your plan, without leaving your day
Macros of my meals
View estimated protein, carbohydrates and fat per dish and review how they relate to your plan.
My habits and streaks in the plan
Tick today’s habits with animation and protect your streak from My Plan
Edit, delete or add habits
Tap a habit’s options button (or long-press) to edit or delete it; add your own and pick their days
Your plan's Path

Today's micro-lesson

Money

41
Couple finances (yours/mine/ours)
Shared "Ours" budget by category + shared expenses, who paid and how to split, with a warm "X owes you $Y" balance
Household budget
Record expenses in text and review the category suggested by AI.
Budget with your amounts per category
"I'll enter my amounts": decide how much to spend per category, edit categories freely and lean on your statements as a real reference
Receipt photo → proposed expense
A receipt photo helps prepare expense details. Check amounts and categories before adding the expense to your budget.
Quick calculator
Add, subtract or split and drop the total into the amount
Financial copilot
Explain your situation to explore budget, goal and debt proposals. Review their assumptions and decide which changes to record.
Explore a next step for your money
View suggestions based on the figures you recorded and your budget priorities. They are guidance to review, not a financial guarantee.
Spending alerts & trend
View detected changes in subscriptions and categories, alongside trends from the available history. This requires up-to-date, comparable records.
Entries linked across areas
Payments or contributions you record in supported areas can appear in the budget with their source. Review enabled sources; this records entries rather than making bank payments.
Review findings from an import
Explore possible subscriptions, price changes or repeated charges in imported transactions. Check each finding before adding it or making a decision.
In your pocket today
A daily reference: your available amount minus committed payments and goal contributions, divided by the days left in the month. It depends on complete, up-to-date records and can also be negative.
Explore scenarios for your future money
Compare savings or debt projections by changing assumptions and contributions. Scenarios explain their assumptions and do not promise returns or results.
Patterns between money and your records
Explore associations between spending, sleep and mood when enough data is available. They are correlations, not causes or judgments about your decisions.
Can I afford it?
Simulate an expense using your recorded budget and see how it might affect the end of the month or your goals. Suggested adjustments are estimates for you to review.
Days of cushion
Estimate how many days your resources could cover at your recorded essential-spending rate. Comparisons only make sense with complete data and comparable periods.
Your projected balance
Explore a balance curve based on recorded income and commitments. It is a projection with assumptions, not a guaranteed date; it does not require linking your bank.
Adjust your budget between categories
Redistribute planned limits and review how each category changes. You can undo the adjustment; no money is transferred between bank accounts.
Financial alerts with context
View a prioritized alert using the available information and open its related area. Review the data before making a decision.
Edit your category limits
Change a category’s name, icon or limit and review how to balance the rest of the plan. Changes affect your organization, not the money in your accounts.
Filter your movement history
Filter income and expenses by period or category and view the selection’s total. Open an entry to review its recorded details.
Your economist speaks up as you spend
When recording an expense, you can view alerts about a category’s remaining amount or trend. You decide whether to adjust the plan.
Daily reminder to log your money
Enable a reminder at your preferred time to record income and expenses. Alerts depend on your device’s permissions and settings.
Plan any event (wedding, trip, party…)
Pick the type (wedding, trip, party, move, big purchase…), the date and the guests, and AI proposes the line items with amounts —or a deterministic base plan when offline or without premium—. Edit them, see how much to save each month to reach the date, add several people and split the contributions (equal, manual or by income), log who put in how much and generate a premium PDF with everyone's share.
Market tracking
View public market information and enable alerts if you wish. Quotes depend on the source and its updates; this is not investment advice and does not execute trades.
My stock watchlist
Create a watchlist and view prices and information available from its sources. Data may be delayed or incomplete.
Simulated portfolio
Record positions to explore their performance and simulations. Results depend on data and assumptions; no purchases or sales are executed.
Payments agenda
Payment reminders: BNPL, school, bills, installments… reminds you early
Savings goals with context
Set how much you want to save and by when, then record your contributions. The app organizes the goal; it does not set aside or move bank money for you.
Debts
Record balances and payments to compare ways of organizing debts. Projections depend on interest, installments and up-to-date data.
Record payments and compare debt scenarios
Update recorded payments and see how the balance and estimated payoff date change. Compare scenarios with extra contributions; results are not guaranteed.
Review a payment plan from a screenshot
Extract proposed installments from a screenshot of your BNPL plan. Check dates and amounts before recording them as a debt or reminders; this does not make payments.
Accounts & net worth
View assets minus liabilities using the balances you recorded. The result reflects the age and quality of those records.
Net worth that nudges you when it ages
Each account remembers when you last updated it ("45 days ago"); if the figure gets stale, the economist asks you to refresh it, and you see your net worth monthly trend to know if it is growing.
Subscriptions
What you pay monthly in total
Control books / records
Offerings, business income, petty cash, dues…
Administrative & financial analysis (AI)
View a general analysis of the records you supplied. Review its data and conclusions before making decisions.
Charges & payments
Mark service days and get your invoice or payment receipt as PDF
Cycle close (Rides)
Review pending days, adjust prices, generate the invoice
Month spending forecast
View an estimate for the end of the month at your recorded spending rate. It may change when you add data or your income and expenses change.
Import account statement
Bank PDF or CSV → transactions; you confirm and they are added to your budget
Import transactions (PDF/CSV)
Import a PDF or CSV of transactions to review before adding them to the budget. This is not a live bank connection.

WHY THERE’S A QUOTA AT ALL

AI features and some online services consume resources. They therefore have usage limits, including on Premium. You can check each feature’s allowance and period here.

Premium is billed through Google Play and you cancel it from there whenever you want. The current price shows up inside the app, in your currency.

You can keep using the free tools. Premium features require active Premium access.

IF YOU WANT A CLOSER LOOK

Simple on the outside.
Explained on the inside.

Important questions deserve understandable answers.

What is free and what requires Premium?

You can start with manual organization. Some tools need Premium; AI features require a connection and have usage limits. Check the current terms and prices in the app and on Google Play before subscribing.

How does KIVIFY work out my budget?

It uses the income, payments and goals you record. The daily pocket budget calculation considers available funds, commitments and the remaining days of the month. You can review the breakdown; keeping your records up to date is part of the process. This calculation does not need a connection to your bank.

What does the connection map represent?

It is a technical map of the app’s features and their documented relationships. It includes screens, calculations, data and services. A connection can mean that a feature looks up information or depends on another; it does not mean every action runs automatically.

Where is my data, and what needs the internet?

Your main records are stored on your phone. Online features use the information needed to provide that service; for example, AI requests require a connection. Permissions and terms depend on the feature. You can read the details in the privacy policy.

What should I expect from recipes and guidance?

AI-assisted recipes need a connection and are subject to limits. Nutritional values are estimates. Wellness and pet guidance is general information; it does not replace professional care. Always consider whether the information fits your circumstances.

Are the screens on this page real?

Yes. They are screenshots of a KIVIFY demo with sample data. Their pixels are preserved and shown through crops. They do not certify that every screen matches the version currently available on Google Play.
