Compare your options

Choose for what you do each day, not for the feature count.

Bringing your calendar, habits and money together can make it easier to review the day. Keeping specialized tools can also make sense when you need a particular feature or already have a workflow that works. This comparison helps you decide what to try in KIVIFY and what to check before replacing another app.

Compare your tasks one at a time

Start with three actions you repeat: checking appointments, marking a routine and recording a purchase. Look at how you do them today and try them in KIVIFY. A feature count alone does not tell you whether you will save time.

An example of connected use

Suppose you record a class, plan dinner and log a purchase. In KIVIFY, you can save the appointment in Calendar, send ingredients from the meal plan to Shopping and record the expense in Finances. These are related actions within the same app.

This does not mean that planning dinner pays for groceries or that all data from other apps is imported automatically. Check each step and the available transfer method before relying on it.

Calculate savings with your actual prices

Write down the equivalent monthly cost of subscriptions you can stop paying for. Compare it with the KIVIFY price shown by Google Play in your country for your chosen plan. Account for renewal dates, applicable taxes and annual payments you have already made.

Possible savings equal the cost you avoid minus the new cost you take on. If you keep a subscription, do not count it as a saving. This page does not promise that one app replaces four or five subscriptions in every case.

Try it before moving your routine

Check reminders, manual logging, language and the features you use most. Review the exports or imports you need and what leaves your phone when you enable AI or shared services.

If a specialized tool remains necessary, you can keep it and use KIVIFY for other areas. You do not have to move everything to see whether organizing related tasks together helps you.

Frequently asked questions

Does KIVIFY replace every feature in Notion, Fabulous or MyFitnessPal?

This page does not claim complete equivalence with those products. Compare essential features one at a time; integrations, plans and workflows can differ.

Can I know exactly how much I will save?

Only by checking your subscriptions and the current price of the plan you would use. There is no universal figure: it depends on what you can stop paying for.

Do I have to move all my data to try it?

No. You can start with an event, a habit or a manual entry and decide later which areas you want to use.
