Strength training

Remember your last session before deciding what comes next.

KIVIFY brings workouts, sets and repetitions into your personal organization app. You can check your previous entries, review records and see progression references. Calculations start with your logs; they do not replace good technique or an assessment of how you feel today.

A useful record between sessions

During a workout, you can record weight and repetitions for each set. Information from the previous session provides a reference when you return to the same exercise. Consistent names and entries make comparisons more useful.

For example, check your last session before repeating an exercise, then enter the actual result of each set today. A repetition you did not complete or a weight you did not use should not be recorded as an achievement.

  1. Open the workout and review the day's exercises.
  2. Log the weight and repetitions you actually complete for each set.
  3. Save the session and review your history before comparing records.

Estimated 1RM and plate calculations serve different purposes

Estimated 1RM is calculated from the weight and repetitions in a set. It is a mathematical reference for reviewing records, not proof that you can lift that maximum or an instruction to attempt it.

The plate calculator answers a different question: how to distribute available plates on each side of a bar for a chosen weight. Check the bar weight, units and plates at your gym. Progression references also depend on the history you have saved.

Health Connect, with your permission

The optional integration reads supported Health Connect data to add context to activity and planning. It is read-only: it does not write your strength sets to Health Connect.

Set logs and the main calculations run on the device. AI suggestions need a connection and are subject to Premium and usage limits; they may send the profile information needed to answer your request.
